Club sized Hamburger advertised on sale starting today. Sold out of club sized by 5pm but have large/med/small at regular price only. No options to get 2 large at sale price for my inconveinent time to travel there. Faulty advertising. Never go out of your way to go here or Loblaws as this a consistent tactic to get you there only to have very limited supplies sold out. Rarely happens at other grocers I frequent.

The manager who wear hijab and put 5kg makeup on she is very rude and mannerless lady I try to return something she started to yelling at me and saying no that is not my fault I didn't put this that she has no discipline I don't know who made her manager she dont know how to manage the things how to talk with customers how to behave how to talk she's completely useless lady she has very big anger issues and egotistical attitude towards people she think she's something as she is nothing she act like she's big personality she should learn some manners and discipline that how to deal with customers then she do her job otherwise she stays home it's better for her good health

I went to nor-frill for groceries I saw there was dog coming in groceries store and the dog was sniffing all stuff on dairy products bakery food vegetables food as we are Muslim it's forbidden to have sniffing food by dogs in islam in our religion
dogs shouldn't have entered in groceries stores it was very uncomfortable for us due to do groceries and also we are really scared from dogs the grocery stores should put sign on outside of the stores that dogs are not allowed inside groceries store I hope the groceries stores owners will take action

I went to this supermarket today where 10kg bags of flour were advertised as $8 off, priced at $3. However, while waiting at checkout, the staff suddenly changed the price back to the original. When I questioned it, the manager denied everything and asked for proof. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the sale price but was told I also needed to prove it was taken today. So I had a friend who had bought the same flour just half an hour earlier send me a photo of their receipt. Only then did they begrudgingly let me buy two bags. But here’s the kicker—my friend wasn’t restricted in how many they could buy just 30 minutes before! The manager refused to admit any mistake and showed no integrity whatsoever.

Always clean and well organized.
Staff are always on the floor if you need help finding anything.

I had 8 items in my cart and attempted to scan my items at the self checkout and was denied by a female employee because carts aren’t allowed, only baskets. I have been doing this for years and now it’s not allowed. The self checkouts were empty and the lines for the cashiers were extremely long. I am completely put off by this change and it is discriminatory against people who cannot physically carry a basket around the grocery store in order to use self checkout. It is extremely unpleasant to shop in this store now and I will be going elsewhere.

There is lots of parking at this location.
The store was well stocked and had a great variety of products.
The cashier was friendly and helpful.
Sadly, I didn't have a quarter to use a shopping cart, and my shopping was limited to what I could carry.

The self checkouts at this store frustrate me to no end. I have been questioned more than once by the cashier monitoring whether or not I have paid because I was leaving with my items in the cart not bagged or I have put a small item in my purse after paying and checking out. 1. Your bags cost 30 cents each now so I’m sure I’m not the only person not wanting to pay for bags if I forgot my own in the car. 2. It would be nice if cashiers actually paid some attention to people checking out before throwing out accusations like this. Not to mention this is embarrassing. You need to train your staff better.
