A month ago they did some work on the brakes, and rotors. They insist that they told us that we needed new rotors ( neither my husband or I remember this) but in the meantime they took a grinder to my rotor. This is not a safe car now. We went back there today and and they refuse to fix up their mistake and want to charge us another 506.75 to replace the rotors and brake pads on both sides when it wad only the drivers side that they messed up.
I was telling everyone about the good service and price we got the first time but now I'm going to be telling everyone about how we have been treated. Have a wonderful day ?

I can't begin to recommend John and his team enough. Not only are they fair and reasonable, but they certainly won't steer you wrong.
Long story short, we'd run into a smidgen of a pickle when dealing with other auto shops within the city where prices were sky high and service was nil. John's team not only was equitable, but wildly efficient. Elsewhere I had been told that labour would be a minimum of 6 hours, and pricing well over double the cost of what Maple City Tire had quoted. Not only did John offer a reasonable price, but they got to work on our vehicle immediately after they opened, and had it all spick span and ready to go that very same morning.
Upon returning to cover the costs of such wonderful service John was kind, personable, and held the door open for my son and I. It's clear that consideration and care goes into the service that you're bound to receive here.
In summary; for a fraction of the cost and a fraction of your time you can receive substantially better care for both you and your vehicle, while also knowing that they have yours and your family's safety in mind.

First time there today and it was a great experience. I was getting the run-around from Canadian Tire yesterday for a new battery. In the end I paid less at Maple City for a better quality battery, and I was in and out. I'll be back the next time I need something.

Excellent customer service.I would highly recommend Maple City Tire. After having my breaks serviced a faint lingering sound was still present however John was very quick to take my car on the road again to listen to the sound and get me in right away for service. John explained what was wrong in a way that was easy to understand and didnt charge for the second service. Very happy with the service I received.

The mechanics at this place are a treasure. I had a pre buy inspection and their assessment was detailed and super helpful. They even kindly squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon.

Don’t get cheated, careful. I had a bad experience today. I don’t trust their writing on the wall. I came to change tires on the rims. It’s written 45$ but they cost me 90.40$. I was shocked and the guy told it’s $20 for one tire. It’s on the rims and not off. I bought rims last year to avoid this extra cost. Still they charged me 90, and every season no way. You may lost a customer today but hope more in the future. Never going there again.?

I have been a customer for approximately 40 years. On March 28, 2024, I had a oil change at your shoppe along with a rear break job. I drove home and parked in my driveway. I live in a condominium complex. A few days later, when I drove out of the driveway, I noticed a large oil stain where I was parked. No one else had parked there but me so I knew it was from my car. So we can only assume the pan was not wiped properly and hot oil had dripped onto our asphalt driveway in the location of the oil pan. Property Management of our Condominium Complex is not happy with the appearance of our stained driveway and have informed us that we are responsible to have it fixed. Tom Sintzel London, Ontario
