I recently had a pleasurable experience at M & M's, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Brook. From the moment I walked in, Brook's friendly demeanor and professional attitude made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
Brook's extensive knowledge of the products was impressive. She patiently answered all my questions and offered excellent recommendations tailored to my preferences. Her passion for the food and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set her apart.
Not only did Brook help me find exactly what I needed, but she also went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant shopping experience. Her attentiveness and willingness to assist made a significant difference. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the customers and represents the company providing outstanding service and dedication!

Today between 4:30 and 5 p.m. I picked up my two orders which came to over $400.00I am a senior citizen with mobility issues. The male clerk rang through my order and brought out my huge order and then left me to go serve 2 other customers with maybe 4 items each. I was left to repack my items in my own bags and then take them out to my vehicle and load them myself...no help from the clerk. He was quick to come and retrieve the cart I used to get the many heavy bags out to my vehicle. I have never had such bad service before and am not likely to shop at this location again. Someone needs to teach these young people about real customer service. The job isn't completed once you take my money...follow through and finish the job. I used to work at M&M Foods and would never have treated a senior nor anyone else this badly.

I went in today and Sam, the employee working there, was not only incredibly helpful, but he was also enthusiastic and took the time to show me spicy sausages, along with things related to it, including spicy sauces, chicken, steak, you name it! He was absolutely great. I would have reviewed him on their actual website but it requires a receipt number and I lost my receipt.

Place to go when you need things to deep fry for the Super Bowl. They include: fried battered pickles, fries battered mushrooms, jalapeno and cheddar cheese sticks, salt and pepper onion rings and mozzarella sticks.
