We recently purchased a beautiful solid maple coffee table at their floor inventory sale. It had a significant price markdown due to several scratches on the top. After getting the table home and adding table top decor - we don’t notice the scratches and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The sales people at LFF are professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We will shop again at LFF when sourcing any new furniture.

We had never been in this store before, so went in looking for a sofabed. They had one which was a unique style which we had never seen before. After much consideration we decided to purchase it. Because the colour was perfect for our application we were able to purchase the floor model at a reduced price. Since we weren't ready to take delivery of it immediately, they held it for us until we could have it delivered. The delivery crew was very courteous and patient as some prep work had to be done before it could be placed into the spot it was going into. They very patiently waited until thr prep work was complete. This piece seems to be very well made and is Canadian made, as is all their furniture.

The store is well laid out with a good assortment of furniture. We were looking for a dining table and after seeing one we were interested in we asked for assistance. We received excellent service from a very well-informed staff member who took us through where and how the table was made and how it could be customized. I was impressed that they were not pushy and was told that they were not on commission and that it was a family business. We did end up purchasing the table and are completely satisfied with it and in fact, get many compliments from anyone visiting us.
I would highly recommend London Fine Furniture.

Great selection and choice. Staff were very helpful. Our counter stools arrived early. We love them with our walnut island countertop. The metal frames are simple and the upholstered seats add some warmth. Highly recommend.

We purchased a king-size bed. When we spoke with the sales person, we told them we wanted to have slats as a platform rather than use a box spring. The kingsize bed we purchased came with only 10 slats. That meant we had to place them 5 inches apart. Everything I've read recommends slats should be no more than 2 1/2 inches apart. Our mattress was seriously sagging. I contacted London fine furniture and spoke with an employee about this thinking they accidentally shorted us on slats but was told that what we were given is their standard. I could purchase an extra pack of 7 for an extra 150 plus tax if I wanted.
In my opinion this is a serious problem with the quality of the bed we purchased. It looked fantastic but if it won't support a mattress as sold it's not worth purchasing.
The salesperson knew we planned on putting the mattress on the slats without a boxspring and should have known it would not adequately support a kingsize mattress and recommended we use at least a thin boxspring.

Thank you! I just experienced that old fashion customer service that seems to be long forgotten by most companies. From my first visit to the store until the end when I picked up my couch I felt that I was a valued customer.
I was never pressured and all questions were answered quickly and advice was given when asked for. I was also pleased to discover that their items were very competitively priced.
I will definitely be back
