Our stove died at 09:00 this morning, after several suggestion to try this store we decided to check it out.
Outstanding prices, sales and delivery.
It’s 17:00 now and the stoves about to burn my first meal.

Went to the showroom Sunday morning looking for a new washing machine and Jay helped efficiently quickly and very personable ! Got a great price and delivered the next day !!!! The delivery company Rush Moving were very efficient and helpful I would rate them both 10 out of 10 !!!!!

The prices they call “retail” are soo inflated. Expensive dented products that visually (?) defective plus you have to deal with the rude guy at the counter. Instead of wasting your money there, go and buy a new one from a store with a warranty. Trust me, no difference in price for new, maybe new ones even cheaper.

I have purchased a fridge, stove, washer and dryer through Terry. All items were scratch and dent with good discounts. There was an issue with the wash tower upon delivery that was quickly remedied, and greatly appreciated. They will take your old appliances for a small fee, and hook up your new ones. Delivery times were fast and reasonably priced. In the end, I bought better quality appliances at a lower price that was within my budget.

I went there and I was very excited that I would see my order, but in reality the prices were expensive, even the damaged ones were still expensive, and I returned disappointed.

My dryer was kaput and I really detest buying new appliances. I bought a used dryer from London Direct Liquidators and it was delivered and the old appliance removed within the hour.
I have an old scary basement with terrible stairs and the gentlemen that delivered were courteous and efficient.
Terry the owner was great, showed me my choices with no pressure to buy.
They offer a guarantee and have repair services.
The inventory is massive so now I can say most sincerely I’m a customer for life.

Total wast of time no pricing over the phone so I went in there and when I tried to haggle whit the price he raised it 300 .then he rudely asked me to leave telling me this wasn't the store for me

Trying to find a gas dryer that I need asap these guys had tons of options ,scratch and dent or brand new , factory warranty and extended we will be back,don't let the outside fool you give them a try

Went in multiple times to check out laundry centres and staff were very informative. Then, I purchased a gas laundry centre “new in box” and when it arrived, it was not in a box and had a big chip in the front. Perhaps I misunderstood what “new in box” meant.
