Backstory: At the time, I had a Honda HRV that I took very good care of. I did regular oil changes and maintenance upkeep. When a dash light would come on, I would address the issue right away.
Now fast forward to a couple of months ago (June, I believe). I was traveling to Windsor and had to stop in London to run a quick errand. When I was done running my errand and got back in my car and started it, two dash lights came on and when I would drive, a third light came on and would flash. Keep in mind, I'm not in my home city and it's a Friday at around 3:30pm so I was panicking knowing it's the weekend and most shops would be closing soon.
I called multiple auto shops/ Honda Dealership, etc. and eventually came across "London Auto Source" on Google and decided to drive there and see if they could help me. I really wanted to know if my vehicle was safe to drive and a possible diagnosis.
As soon as I arrived at the shop, I went in and talked to Mike Assaf and explained to him my concerns and how im from out of town and right away he had me pull my vehicle up and checked it out to see what the problem was. Needless to say, the problem with my car was resolved right there, and it was a minor issue.
A big thank you to Mike Assaf for helping me with my vehicle last minute.

The team were wonderful to work with! My wife and I were in a dire need for a couple of minor repair to our vehicle, prior to a long road trip. London Auto Source was able to get the job done, not to mention the professionalism, and fit us in last minute without any hesitation. We would highly recommend them to anyone !

Visiting from out of town and needed my car to be checked on before we leave to go on the highway. Mike was very kind and showed me what was wrong with my wheel and was well informed. Called them and they told me drop in any time the following week. Didn't seem to take appointments. Showed up and they said they were too busy that day but if I returned the next day after 3:30 they'd "for sure have time". So I did, but called ahead this time, and was given the same excuse, guy asked me to come back next day again.
Guy on the phone was nice enough and I appreciate that you're busy but it seems inefficient to run things day by day and it's a waste of my time.

Have taken two of my vehicles here and couldn't be happier with the service and work done by Steve Clark. He was able to diagnose and fix an issue the dealership couldn't figure out. The staff was flexible to get me on quickly. Have recommended this place to others and will send them to Have Steve Clark to fix their vehicles. Went there to get my car looked at , charged me 50$ for half hour labour they didn’t do anything, also told me it was the steering rack and it was gonna cost 1750$ look it to a different shop and got it all fixed for under 300 don’t go to these guys they will soak you for everything they can
