Sales team is patient, friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure any questions are answered so when you go home with your new product you are satisfied with your decision.
Moving on to the install team - they are tech wizards. They were quick to install the products and even went above and beyond when I had issues with other electronic devices that didn't even sell me. (*Cough* Stupid Rogers *Cough*)

Went there to ask about a tech problem completely unrelated to audio, and the guys at the front desk were completely willing to help and gave great advice. I didn't even buy anything because they didn't have what I needed, but they were still kind and understanding and overall just an 11/10 experience.

We have had a few interactions at London Audio, all great but none more memorable than our last. We purchased an outdoor amp and speakers from John P a few weeks ago to install on our deck. We picked up our equipment yesterday, took it home to install ourselves and found that we didn't have enough length of one of the cables. Well of course this was at 5:15pm and they were already closed. We emailed them but then got in the car to go see who else might have some of the same cabling. We didn't expect John P to give us a call back but he did! He told us he would turn around and meet us, giving us a whole box of cable. We were able to complete our install yesterday and we couldn't be happier with the sound from our new equipment and the excellent service! We will continue to use John P at London Audio for all of our audio needs.

Jason Rodrigues of London Audio was a big factor when I was deciding on a McIntosh. He's very knowledgeable in Audio and very professional and made purchasing the right piece of equipment extremely easy.When I first saw the McIntosh MA12000 integrated amplifier I was speechless! It's gorgeous and it sounds so incredibly musical. The MA12000 is definitely a special component.But my journey wasn't easy. I went to "the other" high-end retailers, and nobody took the time to listen to my needs. One retailer even criticized my initial listening room and tried to sell me components I wasn't interested in. Jason on the other hand was different, he was very patient and was always available to take my calls and respond to my emails. And when I told Jason that I wanted a McIntosh, he gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. He promised me an early delivery and made good on his promise!So soon after I brought it home I went about designing and building a new room to compliment this insanely beautiful integrated amplifier. Fast forward, I finally completed my new room and I'm now thoroughly enjoying this amplifier. Music sounds great and this McIntosh looks so beautiful at every angle in the room. A big thank you to Jason and London Audio for making this possible.

I have had my stereo system from London Audio since 1982.The service has been wonderful over the years and recently their technicians Abbey and John made my upgrades a breeze.Thank you and it was great meeting all of you.System is bomb!

Many years ago our family came to London Audio after leaving Wacky Websters (remember them?). Years later, as I grew up, London Audio helped me re-cone a pair of hand-me-down Sound Dynamics 12" speakers. Later still and some time ago, I showed up to London Audio with a Megadeth album and asked Kevin to show me what was commercially possible from a listening standpoint. He obliged happily, and I sincerely hope he wasn't given grief for it - I'll never forget the experience! As a result, I've purchased a proper Rega turntable, refurbed and replaced B&W 605 series speakers, purchased a subwoofer, proper cabling and things I've probably forgotten from London Audio. Big box stores sell without soul, whereas specialized companies like London Audio are genuine audio and visual enthusiasts who share your passion. Thanks London Audio, and please keep it up!

These guys helped me set up an amazing home theater a few years back. Recently helped me upgrade it so I could go with 4K. Jason and the rest of the guys at London Audio are all amazing. Professional caliber knowledge and advice always!
