Went there to ask about a tech problem completely unrelated to audio, and the guys at the front desk were completely willing to help and gave great advice. I didn't even buy anything because they didn't have what I needed, but they were still kind and understanding and overall just an 11/10 experience.

Major upgrades to my Linn LP12. Paul Morgan is a master Linn Turntable guru. Can’t believe how good the upgrades made my LP12 sound. Great service and advice.
