All the staff here are amazing especially, Shawna the pharmacy assistant that has been there for over 17 years! She is very empathetic and takes time to listen to me and my problems! She is the reason I keep coming back! There has been many changes over the years but she is still there to greet me with a smile every time! Great job pharmacy team keep up the great work!

The woman working there was an absolutely horrible person/worker. She was screaming at my mother and myself, a 13 year old girl. She was hysterical, a grown woman with zero empathy giving a woman with cancer and a 13 year old girl dirty looks and screams. Horrible customer service and empathy. I will never return and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone if they continue to support this kind of staff with inappropriate attitude. Do better.

My family and I have been in this pharmacy for so long. Unfortunately they have one terrible staff she is so rude with everyone. I was talking to the pharmacist and Shuna just jumps and yells inappropriately while I was not feeling well. She has very bad customer service and this is not the first time I had witnesses this attitude from her several times. I Do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone anymore. If they care about customer service and patient care they would not hire someone who lacks empathy this much.

I called Loblaws Pharmacy out of desperation. (I called my pharmacy and he was extremely not helpful. This is the nicest way I can put this.) I am so very grateful pharmacist Alena took my call. She was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She had to ask a lot of questions b/c the reason for my call was for my family member who didn't use this pharmacy. Alena took the medical history, didn't make me feel rushed and this caring help literally saved a life. I would highly recommend. Alena is in the health care profession b/c she's a caring person and her knowledge is current. Thank you Alena and I hope you stay at Loblaws for a very long time b/c I am moving over!!!

I had a most fruitful review of my medications with Ms Helena Andrews. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable, well prepared, amiable and spent the time that was necessary without being hurried.She is a person for a pharmacy to keep on staff!

This pharmacy was always perfect: friendly, smart, and helpful.I moved to the other side of the city and found terrible pharmacies.I will be coming back to this one and driving across the city when needed. I didn't know how good I had it.
