We have purchased 3 cat trees and the one is rough but with 5 cats it’s stood up well and still going 5 years later . I am now looking to purchaser a shorter tree with rope balls cause Coco being a Maincoon is bored and my hand is tired of kitten claws lol ?

We got our cat tree about 6 years ago. One of the posts suffered a structural failure and the perch fell off with my poor cat in it! I tried looking for another cat tree but we couldn't find anything that was as good as the one we have. So I reached out to Little Whiskers to see if they had any replacement parts. They didn't, but they offered to fix the broken part in the post - all I had to do was pay for shipping there and back. It took less than one week and now our tree is back in business. Shout out to Mark to helped us out with this one. Thank you so much!! Highly recommend Little Whisker's cat trees - they are really sturdy and hold up to a lot of abuse from our kitties lol.

Awesome cat tree. My cat can't get off of it. Amazon models are cheap without a backboard in the small houses. This one is all solid wood.

I ordered the Sudbury cat tree at 1pm and it was delivered the next evening at 7pm. I can't believe how fast it came. Put it together it about a half hour. It's super sturdy with soft plush beds. My kitten absolutely loves it and it always lounging on it or going crazy climbing to the top to attack the little ball toy. Overall great purchase!

I bought an expensive cat structure in October 2019. At the beginning of December 2019 the two cat sleeping baskets were torn with big holes everywhere just from my cat climbing in and out.I bought another structure 5 years ago from my local pet shop and none of the material is torn.I wrote to little whiskers and sent pictures of the damage. Mark Janiga, the Sales Manager, told me that it is normal wear and tear!!If you want to pay $300 for a structure that is ripped up in less than 2 months go ahead but I do not recommend to buy from them

I picked up the "Toronto" cat tree on Saturday. Great price. It was easy enough to assemble and is quite sturdy. My cat absolutely LOVES it... Even more than I was expecting! Very pleased with this product!

This place has the best cat trees! They're great quality and such a reasonable price - I recommend going into the store on Saturday while it's open as it is cheaper in person than online! We have 3 cat trees from them and they're all stood up very well.

Great selection! Highly competitive pricing, it came with all the tools and bolts you need, very easy to setup took me about 25 minutes. My cat will love this for sure! If I ever need another one I'd come back for sure!

This store has the best product and quality of any cat tree, bar none. The quality exceeds any other. I got the Hamilton model and 2 years later (even after thrashing from 2 kittens and then Cats...) it is still strong. I am very pleased with the service and product.
