A very small and cramped location. Im used to shopping at larger locations which have more room and more selection. Customer service is mixed bag. It is in Byron, so you get customers and employees that have a big chip on their shoulders. There have been a few nice experiences, but mostly bad.

Always one register open and 5 person line. 5 workers who dgaf talking to each other and stocking full shelves. The single door is super awkward too

Great selection of fine wines, both French and Canadian. Staff is extremely helpful and customer service oriented.

Small by current LCBO standards, the Byron location nonetheless has a great selection of products that seem popular with the neighborhood. Small commitment to Ontario craft beers, so not a location to head to if that's your mission. Helpful and efficient staff.
