Good service, poor selection. Shelves were empty in a lot of areas. To be fair, several staff were restocking while I was there.

Its vastness is further accentuated by an impressively extensive cold beer selection, which is sure to please aficionados. Additionally, the presence of a thoughtfully curated vintage wine section not only adds charm but also positions this location as a prime destination for wine enthusiasts.

I went to this location this afternoon at 4pm. They had 2 cashiers and the lineup of customers was close to the back of the store (I counted 40 people). When I got close to checking out myself I saw 3 supervisors/managers in the customer service area having some type of discussion. I witnessed the cashiers getting some pretty harsh feedback from people checking out in front of me. What a poor display of leadership to allow those cashiers to endure that, and not jumping on a register to help them out.

I thought these three would be good to post for the LCBO. I went into the store and bought myself Mr. Jack Daniels whiskey. ? Mmm!.. Delicious!Came across these three items here. An amazing collection. For all you cool collectors out there. ?The workers there were helpful assisting customers Very clean and their store is huge. ?It is your start to party time.So please! drink responsible! ?And have yourself a good time.

This is a large LCBO. Solid selections of wines, liquors, whiskeys (including scotches) and of much worthy note, craft beer selection. Hard to find a good selection of IPAs, ales, sours, pils and lagers on a regular basis in the city. Two outstanding stores that I've noticed are this one on Wonderland and the Grand Bend LCBO. Staff are really great and patient. On a different note I would love to get my hands on scheduling for the LCBO. Not picking on this store but as a general comment The LCBO has no problem getting people in, they just seem to be challenged on getting them out. I do understand volumes are hard to predict times a day can a times be important and others not important. But as a general manager in the casual dining sector the forward 20 years they really should look at different scheduling programs as whatever they have are using in terms of their metrics, I think I will have general agreement, doesn't work. To be repetitive that's no slight against this particular LCBO it's just a general statement. All in all I highly recommend if you can't find it here you'll likely won't find it most places in the city.
