Start to finish very professional. Arranged my rental car to be there on site, kept me informed of progress and estimated day it would be comete. Shawn was great to.get everything set up and put through my insurance. Nice bonus to have a clean vehicle inside and out when I picked it up!

CARSTAR did an excellent job. Their communications provided the progress of the repairs, and the timeline is exact as to what they had quoted. The relationship with enterprise car rental made it very easy for me. I feel like I have a new car!
