The representative that helped my mother and I was fantastic! They didn’t have my mom’s size in the store so she offered to look it up online, found the correct size and had it delivered to our home free-of-charge. And it was a blouse on clearance so we were so surprised at the support. We really appreciate the friendly and top-notch customer service at this store.

The manager (Marde) did an excellent job with us today.She has a good customer service. And she is a leader with heart ❤️. She did the price match for pants that my mother purchased two days ago. And we purchased another one today.Thank you so much

Was greeted by one of the ladies when I first entered the store, nice just wanted to look around a bit. Then one of the staff younger woman offered help as I was trying to find accessories for two potential dress options I already had so I showed her pictures of my dresses. Immediately she said the dresses I had weren’t dressy enough for my occasion so that put a pretty sour taste in my mouth? needless to say it was super awkward and I wasn’t interested in buying anything anymore

Manager and staff did nothing when we were being harassed by other customers today. I spoke to the manager before leaving and informed her what happened along with the worker who witnessed it all and just apologized for their behaviour but the manager did nothing at all.

Very unprofessional behavior. I bought a dress for my wife it was a bit tight on my wife but when I went to return it the manager lady was not happy and refused to take it back saying the dress didn't have the store’s tag on it. I remember very well that there was no tag on that dress except the price tag at the time of purchase, then after I argued a bit, she took it back. It was not a good experience and I don't think I will buy from this store again.
