Received my recliner sofa today and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience! Mackenzie helped me choose a new sofa with the features and timeframe I needed. She was knowledgeable and I walked away feeling good about my purchase because I made an educated decision without feeling like I was sold something I wasn’t sure of. The delivery guys were so fast, friendly and efficient. They set it up in seconds and tested it. No garbage to toss out! Highly recommend you go in to meet Mackenzie and let her make your reclining dream come true.

I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs. In specific terms, I had an experience with the Sales Consultant Faye Azar who helped us purchase some furniture from their London store. So helpful, articulate and honest in her dealings with customers.

Our experience with Lazy Boy was amazing, our sale rep Faye Azar was great she was able to help us with choosing our furniture for our home, it looks great! She did an amazing job, Thanks Faye. The delivery was great, the guys was very professional and friendly, would definitely recommend Lazy Boy.

I wanted to give zero stars but that wasn't an option!
Absolutely worst customer service I have experienced in my life!! Our furniture arrived with stains on it!! It was very expensive!!! Some service guy came as per their protocol and used his finger nail and a screwdriver to pick at the "crusty glue type" stains on our brand new furniture. Surprise, couldn't get it off!!
Called customer service multiple times and they forwarded me to other departments that claimed they were "calling me back". Surprise! They never did. I paid a boat load of money on damaged furniture. Don't EVER buy anything from them!!!!

I would leave a zero if I could. Been dealing with them for 30 years. Have a five year old leather couch and they will not back their leather and the warranty company is an absolute joke. Funny thing is, neither one has even bothered to send someone out to even look at the couch. Will never buy another thing from them

Who knew that Laxy Boy sells kitchen chairs ..
Mackenzie went above and beyond to make my shopping experience wonderful.
She and her team worked very hard to find 4 kitchen chairs that would go perfectly in my new space and at a great price.
Beautiful products, great service , excellent prices and really nice peole...who could ask for more !

I will start by saying we have dealt with laz y boy for 30+ years buying multiple pieces of furniture. Our last set has not stood up to the lazy boy brand and they have lost a very good customer and many more. DO NOT pay for the Zukora warranty as they do not cover items listed in their warranty. We have been very pleased with the store service up until today when Will Needles called, very disappointing “he can’t do anything about the issue as Zukora doesn’t cover our issue with the leather”. I’m not sure the point of having Will involved other than to create more frustration when he didn’t even understand our customer issue and just listened to what Zukora told him a third party warranty company! We have a dark grey couch with black spots leaking throughout, very poor dye quality. It makes me sad to say I will never step foot in a laz y boy store again and will not recommend to anyone. Like I said, DO NOT waste your money on buying the extra warranty or waster your money on the Laz y Boy brand it isn’t what it use to be. NOT one person has come out to look at our sofa and the dye, instead assessment is made on 2 pictures sent over the internet. very disappointed.
