Absolute terrible customer service… the underwear I purchased was poorly sewn and falling apart so I asked to her exchange (same day obviously had not worn the items after just purchasing) and the cashier did not say a word to me the whole time she exchanged my items. Didn’t look at me didn’t apologize for any inconvenience. Not even have a great day. Like I’m sorry this is your job. I’ve worked in customer service (food and beverage, hospitality, and retail) for 8 years and I’ve never and will never pull something like that with a customer.
**UPDATE: it’s been over a year now and I see that there are many similar complaints regarding the staffs attitude and customer service. Why are you employing women that don’t empower and support other women let alone treat them with respect? Why is there so much arrogance in a women’s underwear store? Do better.

My shopping experience was horrible. No one helped me, or asked me if I was finding everything ok. When I went to cash out. The associate wearing a blue shirt tall blonde was very rude to me throughout my checkout. When I came back later same day to refund my items she basically said no and threw the paper right back at me. Will never shop at this location again. Show some respect!!

I've shopped at this particular location a couple of times and have felt pleasantly comfortable. The staff were helpful and patient while I tried on clothes, and the garments themselves were well-made. Items here are on the pricier side, however, I think they're worth their costs.

Ashlee helped me today. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to chat with. She's a wonderful employee and I will definitely be back because of her!

I went to find a bathing suit and had the best try-on experience with an employee named Ashley, she made me feel comfortable with light hearted conversation and encouragement about what I was wearing and to try more. 11/10 she made my day :)

Recently I had two opportunities to shop at this particular boutique store, only to be wonderfully surprised by the selection the store has to offer, from swimwear, sleepwear, beautiful yet practical under wear to so much more you wouldn’t expect! Then the staff, I believe the manager in particular, so knowledgeable, respectful yet kind that really is what led me to the second visit, plus the prices are not outrageous for a boutique shop.
I will continue to support this shop, urge all women to go - you will return as well.

I went in here looking for bras to go under a wedding dress and just found their selection isn't what it used to be. The associate who helped me did her very best, but she was on the new side.

I had Rachel helping me. I got to stay in the fitting room trying on things she helped me pick out while she went and picked out a few things for me and grabbed me different sizes when it wasn't fitting me. She even got me a cute pj set that she thought would be nice for me and it was perfect, I bought that plus a few other things. I'm extremely happy with the customer service! The best service I've ever gotten at a bra store Thank you Rachel :))

Terrible customer service. I asked a never before question "do you carry and workout underwear" and she looked absolutely shocked and had never heard of underwear for sweating in lol anyways, zero help.
