Poor customer service. Not minding or even greeting the customer standing for 10 mins right in front. Talking on the phone and playing rotating the chairs. Left the store as not being attended. Previous experience also where the associates were not knowledgeable and kept on saying to check website.

Mohammed Ali is an absolute customer-service guru. I walked in with a very complicated issue that was impossible to resolve. But Ali went way above his duties and resolved the issue very calmly and I left as a very happy customer.By the way, avoid the guy with thin moustach as he has an attitude problem.

I always go out of my way to drive to this specific Koodo location, in the past I’ve been helped by someone named Keelie (tall, dark hair) and she has been absolutely fantastic every time. Incredibly helpful and always finds new products and services for me that actually suit my lifestyle. Service always feels personalized but never pushy - 10/10
