Jason is great guy when it comes to repairing your broken necklace! I took it in and In about a couple days it was ready for me , he’s got good deals with chains, he even stayed back for me when he was suppose to close just to wait for me to get my chain I bought, very nice guy , hands down best jewelry in London Ontario!

Ring resizing gone wrong :(I hesitate to give a poor review because the customer service was so nice, but unfortunately after I got my ring resized here the stone fell out and was lost forever.I don't know much about jewellery but this loss hurt me greatly as it's a piece of jewellery I'd been wearing of my father's since I was 9 years old and it's the only piece of jewellery I wore regularly. It's a loss my heart still aches over.

These guys are the best in the business. Both Joel and Jason are very welcoming and masters of their craft. If you see a piece of jewelry online but the price is too high or you would prefer a change in the design, come to these guys and they'll make them far nicer for a fraction of the cost. My mum went to 6 different jewelry stores to fix a break in her gold necklace, and each store said it was unfixable and she should scrap the gold for cash. I gave it to Joel and less than 10 minutes later, you couldn't even tell the necklace was broken in the first place. Great work, fellas!

The best Jewellers in London, if you want cheap and the same as everywhere else go to Walmart for jewelry, if your looking for that genuine custom one of a kind piece that isn't overpriced mall junk this is the spot, Joel and Jason will take the time to create your special piece for that special moment and for sizing and repairs these are the masters.

I’m not one for jewelry but from what I heard from my mom who deals with JB Jewellers they are great to work with. I saw it first hand when we paid them a visit. Their establishment is well maintained and clean and nicely presented. They were very friendly. ?☺️

This review is long overdue. Joel at Simpsons jewellers was incredibly patient as we selected the right stone for my engagement ring. Joel brought in incredible sapphires for my one of a kind ring. He was meticulous with the design and creation of my band/ring and it’s stunning. I wish I could add a picture to this review. Joel was attentive during the whole design and creation process and kept us up to date with any new steps. Joel had creative solutions for fitting my band for those of us that have large knuckles and thinner finger bases. If I’m lucky enough to get any more jewelry in the future we will be coming to see Joel at Simpsons Jewellers for a beautiful one of a kind piece.
