Several months ago, we were encouraged to buy a mirrorless camera that was very ... underwhelming. Many of the features were already outdated and we didn't really figure this out until we had a few chances to try it out in the field. When we asked about upgrading to a better quality body and lens, we were told sure, but we'd lose at least half the value of the original purchase. We don't have a lot of options now and feel like we've tossed away $2,000. If Henry's London sees this and wants to help us upgrade and feel better about our purchase, please reply and I'll delete this review once we've made an arrangement.
If not, our next move will be to probably get a new iPhone or Android phone that has better features than most cameras.

The staff here are incredible! Tyler and Sarah helped me find the perfect bridge camera to meet my needs and were very honest and realistic about different cameras capabilities - not once did I feel like I was being duped by a sales person, that's definitely not the vibe at this store! I've also attended the free workshops at the store and Graham is an enthusiastic photographer who is clear, well-spoken and knows his stuff. I definitely recommend this store!

dont got here! they tell you over the phone that theres a really high chance of getting approved for financing and then boom! you get to the store and dont get approved! Stay Clear of this store! best buy has it better... and that is saying something.

I've been here with my daughter.
She always experiences knowledgeable and friendly service.
There's a great variety of cameras and accessories. They also offer used items. They'll even bring them in from other locations if it's not at their store.
If you want a camera, BUY IT FROM A CAMERA SHOP!
