First time shopping there. Store was decently stocked. Lots of staff (one in every aisle) but only one single young lady even acknowledged I was there. Even the cashier said only 4 words..do you collect points? No please. Certainly no thank you at end of sale so I’ll say it Thanks but no thanks. Won’t bother returning due to the lousy customer service.

This location is my go to for health products and fresh produce. Marvin the assistant manager always shows above and beyond customer service and was very helpful at my last visit. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful here. Everything is fresh and organic.

I am very disappointed that after only a year, this place has lost its appeal. What used to be excellent produce for a good price has turned into bruised and wilted produce and they are asking too much for it. Milk is priced at over $15 for 4L and it’s not organic. Organic is sold at $12.49 elsewhere. What happened guys?? I used to tell everyone I knew to shop here but I will no longer do that.

I would always have one of their staff members at the till. We were waiting in line and I had to flag down an employee who was in the aisles chatting with another employee while there was a lineup waiting to be cashed out. The actual cashier who was initially at the front was helping a customer while the other two were just chatting it up with another.I just think staff should have more awareness to surroundings, and always have their staff come around more frequently asking if we need help. Had to grab two different employees for help and still needed more assistance but I felt like I was interupting their conversation. Instead of pointing in the aisle where the product could be, guide your customer to the actual product. Saves both the customer and the employee time. I was going back and forth between isles completely lost. Just better customer service that’s all. Other wise this store is beautiful.

My go to BEFORE I shop at a grocery store. They have a pretty good selection of organic produce. If more people shopped here their selection would be even better.More choices than the grocery stores and in some cases their prices are lower depending on the day. Sale prices and reduced items are at good prices.Then there are so many more supplements to choose from than at health food stores. Larger bottles too, therefore better deals. Add that there's 15 or 20 % off select brands weekly and it saves me money guaranteed.Also organic packaged goods like a grocery store, refrigerated and frozen foods, and skin care, hair care, sports supplies and snacks.Then you collect points to also save you a bit in the long run.If you want organic and natural, often at better prices, you owe it to yourself to come and compare.The Wellington South store is very nice and open daily. It has been my favourite health store for over a year!

It's a very pretty, big, shiny store BUT...I'm disappointed that many of their advertised sale items are out of stock.I visited twice recently, 8 days apart.During the first visit I was told "That's odd, the sale just started. I'm sure that stock has been ordered and we'll have it on the shelf soon"8 days later I was told "Nope, we still don't have it." "Can I get a rain check?" "Yep, I'll make you a special order" "Awesome, thanks" "I'll have to make a separate order for each item...this will take a moment" "No problem, the prices are good so I don't mind waiting." "Oh...about that...you only get the sale price if the stock arrives and you pick it up before the last day of the sale." "That's not a rain check, forget it. Have a great day"

Shop there often. But always have to watch for accurate charges. Checked quickly at the till but didn’t want to hold up the line. Got home and found two items charged incorrectly.I find this a constant challenge.

This store was our go to store for groceries when it first opened. The produce was fresh and available at all times. Lately however, veggies and fruits are kept on the shelf for very long times where they have rottened. Also, the quality and availability of the produce has deteriorated very fast. The management should do something about the quality control in that section. Also, it's surprising that we are in 2023 and employees have to open a little booklet at the cashier and look for produce codes. Such a waste of time.
