“Friday, 8 May 2026:
Swung by for a large mango peach frozen yogurt bowl. First time having froyo, better than I thought, good texture great flavour, and lovely presentation. Although you should know that there is a little air pocket at the center of the bowl from how the machine mixes it into the container.
Overall, excellent little treat on a hot summer day.”
“Great location. Very helpful staff. I came in with a last minute challenge with family having terrible reaction to fabric softener/all scented laundry soaps. I switched to Tru Earth laundry sheets no scent and dryer balls. Fixed the problem and my clothes and sheets are softer and fresh! Great prices there compared to online companies. Thank you!”
“Rebecca delivers the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! I come to the store just to see her because she knows the products and her suggestions are always good. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Recommend this store and ask for Rebecca.”
“More a specialty food store than a grocery store. They carry hard-to-find item that larger places don’t. Emphasis on healthier end of spectrum. Staff all seem to be friendly/helpful. Prices are “variable” - some align well with others, some higher… overall felt decent value.”
“I’ve been going to the white oaks store for over a year now and I can’t explain in words how thankful & grateful I am for the help & accurate advice I get whenever I visit this store for any of my needs as well as my moms needs who suffers from fatty liver disease.
The manager Seena is always professional, very knowledgeable. She has the kindest demeanour, alway smiling and has a passion for what she does.
Thank you seena!”

“This store is very clean and organized. The staff are also kind and friendly. However, I am disappointed that they don't sell the Theraneem toothpaste when I visited the store. It's sad because I now have to look elsewhere to find it.”
