I called ahead about donating a bunk bed that had been disassembled. They don’t accept mattresses which is not a problem. I arrived to donate the bunk bed and was told they “didn’t have room”. This is the third bad experience donating at this restore location. I will not be going back.

We asked to have a piece of lumber cut in half so it would fit into our car and were told that they were too busy, it would have taken no more than 1 minute, needless to say, we didn' buy it.
