We recently had Joel and his team at Guildwood install a lovely Modern Flames Orion traditional electric fireplace insert. It was a bit of a tricky retrofit, but they were thoroughly professional and did an excellent job. In the end, we have exactly what we wanted, and nothing but good things to say about the service. I highly recommend Guildwood.

Wow… ok this year I need to write a review, these guys are just stunning and so consistent.Richard and Bryan are experts in their field.Every year I have 4 fireplaces serviced by them.Their attention to detail, flawless efficiency and work ethic is something to be shared.Every detail to the fireplaces are uncovered.Richard and Bryan are really honest authentic nice guys that know what they are doing.They are Super happy people to be around and obviously, love what they do.I would never change companies.A million thanks to these two Gems whoReally know how to make things happen.Thanks guysKimberley Kennedy

Good place for ceiling fixtures of all kinds. Many table lamps to see. If you need some part to fix a lamp, they have a good parts supply.

Service attendant was rude , dismissive and unhelpful. Hope she works on commission cause I purchased $3000.00 in lighting elsewhere.

Guildwood helped us with our fireplace in our new house build.Although we had a few speed bumps along the way due to constrcution delays, Joel and Richard worked hard to make sure we were completly satisfied with our custom 3 sided fireplace in our new home. I highly recomend them.

We ordered a beautiful dining light fixture from Guildwood lighting last year, but there was a manufacturer issue that wasn’t noticeable until we installed it. They had to reorder twice to get the right piece from the manufacturer, and they had staff to assess the problem, take down and reinstall it for us. They handled everything in such a professional and friendly manner, so the whole process went smoothly without causing any anxiety. I highly recommend this business.

Beautiful store for sure. Brought in an antique chandelier to have some work done which was great. The following day I dropped off 2 antique wall sconces to see what they needed. Instead of calling me with a price and to see if I wanted them done they went ahead with a 200.00 repair without discussing it with me. They did beautiful work but did not check with me to see if I wanted to spend that kind of money on the repair. Very disappointed.
