Friendly staff at the front desk. Great prices…but it ends there
Totally unprofessional person took my car into the shop. Hoist arms were too high to fit under my car. So instead of changing to another hoist or driving the car up onto blocks to get the hoist arms under he had his work buddy lift the car up from the front fenders…..needless to say I purchased my new tires elsewhere
If you value your car, STAY AWAY!!!!!

As a business trusting to bring our trucks to another business to provide their service. We would not recommend this company to anyone. We do all of our own work. Brought it in for an Alignment and they tried telling me I needed a tie rod When it was just replaced with the rack and pinion. This is the reason why we brought it in is just to get The alignment done. We gave them a second try as the first time around we brought in our trailer tires and they charged us for balancing them when you should never balance trailer tires. And when we brought it that time they quoted us a price then it was much higher when we arrived we would have chose the other shop that was $30 less with a reputable name. Was a waste of an hour of my time. Not sure what you guys have against our company but we We'll bring my business elsewhere as well as not recommend you to any of our customers.

Got set of winter tires for my car a couple weeks back. Went back yesterday for the tires of my other car and got alignment done. Had an appointment, took the car in right on time and was out within an hour and half.

Went in to get front end noise checked. They found caliper hangers left on front struts (must have been the shop that replaced the brakes). They wanted to me to get rear rotors (for front end noise lol) and pads replaced which I declined since I had already bought the parts a week ago. The tech who checked the vehicle then told the lady at front desk that he will leave the hangers on the struts.
You are a technician, if you saw someone left the hangers on by mistake and you noticed them, you should have just taken them off for the sake of on road safety. I was a regular for 4 years but this time they left me very disappointed.

I had 2 tires put on my vehicle that were not a common size (255/60r/19) and were looking for something economical as this is our older second vehicle. Not only did they have something in stock but beat the next best price by over $200. The job was done fast and efficient, about 45 minutes as they told me, and left me with nothing but thanks for a job well done!
