These guys are the best helped out so much with an insurance claim we had after getting a ring stollen. We were devastated. The made the process easy and went above and beyond to get the exact ring made. I felt they truly cared. Kept in touch every step on the way. And the owner even gave us some handmade hot sauce! Best jeweler in town.

We love Gordons! My husband and I have been working with the team at Gordons Gold for over a year now designing and choosing our wedding rings. When we first stumbled upon Gordons to choose my engagement ring we met the lovely Maria! She was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. Fast forward to now we’re finally married & so happy we chose Gordons for all our rings. It’s always a pleasure dropping in to visit the team as everyone there is so kind & nice to chat with! Staff is very disrespectful, all they care about is the commission they receive from the very over priced jewelry. Witnessed staff support a women who left her dog in the car for over 20 mins, when the women was confronted the staff members agreed with the women saying that “the dogs fine in the car” in the 40° weather.

Staff supported a customer who had left her dog in her very hot car for over 20 minutes (29° feeling like 38°). Instead of stopping the sale immediately, they actually gave the people trying to help the dog a hard time. Support elsewhere.

This place is god awful! Witness some old hag leave her dog in the car in 40 degree weather for 30 minutes, disgusting! Then two young ladies rushed into Gordons to find the woman who left the dog and were told off by the employees for caring about the dogs well-being. The employees fully supported the old woman’s disgusting behaviour, then continued to follow the young girls into another store and harass them!! Saying to not talk to an “old woman” the way they did, when clearly this lady needs some sense talked into her. Disgusting employees.
