Had a really great experience purchasing appliances at Gorman's London.
Greg knows every small detail about appliances and was very helpful to suggest some items.
We were able to delay delivery several times ( due to delays in construction) and had the delivery coming over when promised. I need to mention that we live in country side with gravel access road and they sent a dedicated van for our specific needs.
Kudos for keeping up the high standard of service !

Great help from Suzanne and great deals on the private sale weekend. Very pleased with everything! Sold out of the “free dishwasher” so upgraded for free without having to ask to the next model. Very appreciative we were informed instantly and very pleased with service.

I had "EXCELLENT" experience from Goemans a couple of times so recently I purchased Washer and Dryer from Rona and I got excellent service from RONA. RONA delivered Dryer and Washer next days, didn't charge for delivery, installed them for free, and removed the old appliances at no charge. Definitely recommend RONA over Goemans for appliances purchase.
Customer service of Goemans is excellent when you want to buy appliances, but once you buy the appliances, they don't care about the customers.
I bought 5 appliances (Fridge, Stove, Dryer, Washer, and Dishwasher) from Goemans in London and the Sales Person confirmed that they have everything in stock. The delivery date was set for November 1, 2023. Just a week before my delivery date, I received a text message that my appliances will be delivered on November 29, 2023.
I called the Sales Person to inquire about this change and he said that "You Had Requested To Change The Delivery Date." I told him that I never called anyone or talked to anyone to change the delivery date and he also couldn't find how the delivery date was changed.
Eventually, he agreed to change the delivery date back to November 1, 2023, but again, just 3 days before the delivery date, I received a text message that 4 out 5 items I had ordered were not in stock.
Again, I called the Sales Person to inquire about this and he said since I had requested to move the delivery date, they sold my appliances to another customer and if I want to get the same items which I chose, then I have to wait until they can get them or they will deliver the appliances which they have in stock.
It was difficult for me to go without appliances so I agreed to get the brand and models which they could deliver.
After that, I asked for delivery during specific time and agreed to pay $ 49.99 fee for it, but the delivery driver came very late and I didn't get refund of $49.99
They bought dented dryer so the driver asked me if I want to keep it or return it and if I want to keep it then, he can negotiate with the warehouse and provide me some discount. Since, I already had lot of problem getting the appliances, I agreed to accept the dented dryer and discount. The fridge they brought had a big crack on the door so I had to return it.
After that, I sent email to the Sales Person, Goemans Customer Care, and Goemans After Delivery to get the refund for dented dryer and no reply.
I had similar experience in the past as well. Just 2 days before the delivery, they informed me that the Fridge which I chose is not in stock so I had to accept the Fridge which they had available and I had to pay extra money for it. The brand new washer was not working from 1st day and I requested them to replace it, but they said they can't replace it but will send the technician to fix the problem and it look so long for the problem to be fixed.

We had such a good experience with Goeman's for our first house in 2019, that we went back this year for our next new home. We were served by Robert Wood, he was an amazing sales rep for GOEMAN's. Robert helped us to choose the right appliances for our new home, he listened to our needs, and made suggestions to help us make our decision. After the initial sale, he was there to assist us with buying some additional items and he was able to add them to the list for delivery with the original items. Robert was there for us during the entire process, from purchase to delivery. It was a pleasure dealing with such a pleasant person. My hat is off to both Robert and to Goeman's for a great second experience.

Salesman Emile was top notch, both sets of delivery crews were great....the scheduling and lack of communication from dispatch for the extremely tardy delivery on Oct 4 was atrocious.
