“Costco Ottawa offers products that are not available in the London branch. There should be consistency and fairness in product availability across all branches, as they ultimately serve the same customers. Costco is an excellent place for families and offers great value for bulk purchases; however, it needs more variety and a wider selection of items. The London branch, in particular, lacks many product types and categories.”

“Go to this pioneer station. Friendliest staff Lisa, helped me scan my lottery and put winshield washer fluid in my car. The nicest place to get what you need fadt. She helped me with my journie card.Great price in gas, clean site. Thank you Lisa!

“This place is so awesome. My jaw hit the floor when I moved to Byron and I realized that they have a full service gas station! I didn't know that still existed. All the guys here are so lovely and chat with you while they fill up your car. I have never not had friendly, quick and great service here. They also don't flip the debit machine over with the tip option showing. They are never ever pushy about tips and they never even ask, which is SO rare nowadays when even self-checkouts and fast food want tips. I was embarrassed to bring the ol' beater car here with its taped-on gas door, but they are always super good natured and it doesn't even phase them to help you duct tape that thing back on after a fill up haha! If you are complaining about not getting the 'cheapest gas in the city', just drive about 15-20 mins down the way and go to the Reserve for gas. I will pay a miniscule amount more (and it's not even that much...literal cents difference sometimes) and continue to get my gas here!”

“Stopped here on a long trip. Got talking briefly with Angus and he was very nice, allowing me to use the bathroom after it was closed for cleaning. As well, he gave a pizza to a couple who was waiting at the station for a tow truck to show up. Honestly would probably intentionally stop here since I'll definitely be passing thru again. Bathroom was clean, good variety of snacks, and the pizza was quite good”
“This Pioneer is in a great location. Although the store is small, it's efficient and quick. There are several pumps and has diesel fuel. Gas prices are always competitive with area.”

Their pump prices are always competitive - typically a couple cents cheaper per liter than gas stations in more central locations in the city. I always pay at the pump, so I can't comment on how well-stocked (or not) the convenience store is.”

“What a positive experience! I got gas, which I normally pay for at the pump. This time I used a gift-card, which the kind and helpful employee helped me with. He was thoughtful and patient while explaining to me that I was missing the part of the card that you scan. Once I completed the process, I moved my car close to the door and asked if he could help me put windshield washer fluid in my car. He didn't hesitate to come outside to help, and he explained exactly how to do it, so I could next time I needed to.”

“Wow! Just WOW! It is a rare thing to find a business that is truly customer centered. There are truly good people working at Ron Kraft Auto Care. Yesterday, on our way out of town (to Toronto Airport) our van broke down across the street from this business. The employees graciously helped us to push it off of the street and into their lot while we left it there for 7 hours until we could return to have it towed. There are few people, let alone businesses, that would go so out of their way to help others in need. A huge THANK you to you and your staff. You helped to make a very frenzied and stressful moment better. We wish you all the very best in 2026.
