I like to visit the Gap from time-to-time, to pick up some casual staples. Unfortunately, there has been more than one instance where I felt like the customer service was unusually disrespectful. For example, ignoring me completely even though I can clearly looking for a particular size or coming in with a photo of an item online. In addition, there's been times where I've talked to some folks who seem very disinterested in providing proper retail customer service. Overall, will no longer be shopping at this location.

I used to really like the gap. Came here to try on a few t shirts. Couldn’t find two the same size to start, but when I looked at the price $40 for a cotton t shirt it wouldn’t have mattered. In the last little bit gaps prices have become astronomical. $100 for a cotton sweater. Literally why wouldn’t you just go to lululemon for that price. They seem even more expensive than banana republic but the quality just isn’t there. There are far better options in terms of quality and fit especially for a plain t shirt (everlane, Frank and oak etc.) I’ve bought better t shirts for $8 at target just across the border. Probably won’t be shopping here anymore tbh. Disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. All of the staff were very helpful and kind to me and all the other shoppers at the store (and it was very busy that day). They ensured I had the right size and ordered a pair of jeans online for me when they didn't have my size in stock.

Gap’s store older saleswoman displayed shocking discrimination towards certain customers, leading to a profoundly disappointing experience. Witnessing such biased treatment left me appalled and uncomfortable as a customer. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior in this day and age.

There use to be a section at the back of the store that was 50% men's and 50% women's clearance. Now the area is 100% women's clearance. When I asked store associates what happened to the Men's clearance area I was told the store manager decided to remove it all together as the store has more female shoppers than men. Well, this man will not be shopping there anymore. Getting tired of all this "woman power" being shoved in my face. What happen to equality and diversity??

There was a 40% off entire store sale happening when I went. I couldn't find the size I wanted so the lady kindly helped me out to order it online and still apply all promotions possible.Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bashir provided excellent customer service!!! Such a great attitude and very knowledgeable about the brand. Told me about the store promotions and loyalty program. Took me through the new jeans website features. :)!
