“Was not within the time period mentioned. Mentioned delivery will be between 11:15 am to 2:15 pm. They delivered at 3:15 pm. Did not unpack the sofa, so have to make a run to the garbage depot. Other than that they were friendly and delivered the sofa to the spot I needed it in my living room and left it vertical and told me that it would be easier to unpack like this.”
“We recently purchased a beautiful solid maple coffee table at their floor inventory sale. It had a significant price markdown due to several scratches on the top. After getting the table home and adding table top decor - we don’t notice the scratches and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. “I’m so happy right now! Big shout out to ROB for being a generous man that took actions immediately.
A little over a year ago if I remember correctly, I have bought two Accent chairs. Overtime, I faced some issues. I had no hope in getting any help, but I said it is worth a try to contact the store.
I got a hold of Rob and he went out and beyond Expectation! He was so nice and asked to pick up the chairs and have them fixed and returned.
He solved my problem Immediately without any questions. He was able to get my invoice on record and proceeded.
I couldn’t be more thankful for the customer service they have offered.
Austin and Taylor is known for great quality and on the higher end of prices. But, you get what you pay for! It’s enough you get amazing customer service and they own up to any issues you may face with your furniture.

Adding some additional information. The delivery charges are very disappointing. Comparing to other furniture stores. 200.00 to deliver to door. Another 180.00 for set up compare to 100.00 total. I also was told my end tables were out back. I waited a few weeks for my love seat to come in. Called to set up pickup. Told my side table is now on back order another 4 to 6 weeks. We are going downhill from my first experience.”
