I recently visited Fountain Tire Westmount due to a flat tire, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Marc and his team were fast, friendly, and trustworthy. They turned my car around lightning fast at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was seamless, and I left feeling confident in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire services or any other auto-related issues. Great job, Marc and team!

I have used the Wonderland Fountain Tire several times now and have experienced fantastic service each time. Most recently being yesterday! They are always quick to get you in, tell you the problem without any pressure or suggesting unnecessary repairs. Everyone I have every spoken to there really understands what the meaning of “customer service” is in a world that has almost all but forgotten what that means. Bonus of yesterday’s visit was that they fixed a terrible rattling(not the original problem I took it in for) that another garage previously told me would be at minimum $300 to fix while they were fixing what I was there for! No mention of it on my bill ?. This will continue to be my go to shop!

Needed new tires for my pickup truck urgently. Staff was very helpful to choose the tires, prices were good and they were able to get it done next day. Also offered a loaner car.

Heard great things about Fountain Tire on Wonderland Rd so decided to try them for a tuneup. Got me in same day and price was fair. Excellent customer service. Baylee was awesome and advised me on some other maintenance items with no push or pressure. Will return here for sure.

I stumbled upon Fountain Tire out of urgency and convenience initially. I needed repair work in a pinch 3x in three months since arriving in Ontario. Fountain Tire became an unexpected surprise. Each time Fountain Tire was there to deliver not only excellent customer service with honest professionalism, but a timely turn around. Prices are fair too. My experiences also included a few laughs and friendly banter. The environment is inviting and respectful. The work performed had no returning issues. I trust Fountain Tire and it’s Team. Great service! I went to this location because the Fanshawe Park Road has relocated. I was very pleased with the customer service, and since I purchased winter tires with them a couple of years ago, my flat was repaired for free! A very pleasant surprise! Will be returning.

SCAMMERS !!! Went in with a flat tire they called me a few hours later trying to quote me $3000 for a bunch of front end parts so I went to get a second opinion from a shop I trust and have been to before and turns out there was nothing wrong with my vehicle!! SCAMMERS BE AWARE
