Brought my Lenovo laptop in for diagnostic and repair. Al was knowledgeable, communicative, clear, and concise. Was quoted a price up front for different options before work began and Al answered all my questions so that I could make an informed decision. They had to order a part in for me and completed the battery replacement on my device in a timely manner. Friendly people and good work. Would recommend and will be coming back for any future repair work on my devices. Thank you!

The stars don't go high enough for the experience I received. My Pc is my extra income, unfortunately after being mishandled by an ex it finally broke down. I was devastated. I am tight on funds and was worried about repairs but OMG ! I can't believe how amazing the father and son duo that helped with my pc were!
Thanks to them I was told straight facts about its issues, the Father was so kind towards me and didn't try to force needless crap on me . Straight forward and caring ! These two made my year so much better with how amazing they treated me and my broken pc!
I can't Thank them enough!!!!
I highly recommend them for any and all pc needs ! They are amazing . It was fixed in less then a week! and they made me feel happy knowing they would make sure I didn't go broke fixing it!

Hassan give me a good deal and a laptop because my old laptop was not fixable and he transfer all the data free of charge and I recommand this place for anybody who’s is looking for service

Took my computer in due to weird clicking sounds when the fans were running. Hassan explained what the cause likely is, what he was going to do, and the next steps if that didn't work - keeping me in the loop of potential costs etc. Laptop was fixed the same day, and the issue has been completely rectified. Would recommend them!
