My daughter attended a 1 week camp here this summer. The camp itself was satisfactory, but the communication could do much better. We registered for the afternoon session, and I specifically enquired about the start time by phoning the camp, because it was not posted on the website. I then modified my work schedule to match the drop off time I was advised of. When I arrived at the said time, I was told I was early and the afternoon session by itself was ‘not recommended’! After initial inertia and reluctance, we were told they would ‘make it work’. Also lots of lukewarm responses; and passive comments on the last day that were totally unwarranted. I know this sounds odd given the other positive reviews, but that is. It what I experienced. It would be nice if they were a little warm and had a bit of customer service.

My child was enrolled in one week of summer camp and I wish I had signed up for more! Heather, the staff and counsellors are very attentive, the activities and programming are thoughtful and fun, and I love that lunch is provided for a reasonable cost. We will definitely be back next summer!

My 10 yr. old son just finished a week of space themed art and was a big fan. He enjoyed trying many styles of art and had a blast meeting new friends and playing some basketball with the boys on break!

Pretty disappointing that they canceled the class (that part is fine) and didn't bother to tell me. Drove for 30 mins to come here for nothing. They don't seem particularly organized. Update: received a very frazzled phone call from a woman who was mad at me because her booking system didn't work. I would contact the booming system if she'd provided me with thr information but she hung up on me.
