I've been patient for over 2 years for this location to get thingsre together. Forget "Customer Appreciation!"! I'd settle for basic respect for the lives truckers live.
Trapped by a reset, there is no way to do laundry! Machines don't take plastic or points. No ATM'S! NO WAY TO GET CASH BACK ON ANY OF 3 CARDS!! And with over 30,000 points on my card (ie, VERY loyal customer) they won't even promo me a load.
Zero desire to help out customers, everything is the fault of "head office".
Who of course are closed for the weekend! Probably at home doing laundry!
What the hell has happened to serving the trucking community that made you what you are today?
LONG wait to be seated in restaurant despite there being a dozen or more open tables.
Photos are empty coolers, empty restaurant, didn't picture the 7 people waiting in line.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID for resets. Front line of parking spots filled with empty local trucks, drivers parking for free while they go home. At least park in the back of the lot, dogs!

Friendly, helpful staff and full service facility. Propane, fuel...both gas & diesel, well maintained RV dump stations, Denny's restaurant and lots of food choices in the store.

Parking here is a scam along with the city. You park your vehicle here and get ticketed, park your semi at night here on curb when the parkings are full and go to grab some food/doing a 30 minute off duty you get ticketed, and sometimes dont even get knocked on door to move. In States if you are parked along the curb, the officer knocks and ask you to move away, but these parking enforcement just distribute tickets and make money off the hard working individuals who don't get to go home everyday and sleep on the go.

One of the best Flying Js in Ontario. And definitely top 5 that I've been to in North America.
