I had a great time, the stylist was amazing at listening and also knowing what she was doing! I would recommend anyone who's ever had a bad experience with first choice reconsider because these people are lovely!

Ritish did an outstanding job with my hair! Not only did he listen to my preferences, but he also offered great suggestions that really enhanced the final look. The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed. Ritish’s attention to detail and expertise truly set him apart. Highly recommend!

Little expensive for a plain old trim. I was in and out within 10 minutes, I don't think it was really worth 32 bucks.

I went to the First Choice Hair at 1920 Dundas Street London. Nona did my hair and I am absolutely over the moon happy. It was exactly what I wanted and I am just so thrilled. My hair looks amazing.
Stylist: Nona was so nice and a dream to cut my hair the way I like. She took her time and I am so pleased. Thank you.

I love going and seeing Suzette for all my hair needs. I trust her expertise and let her use her best experience and judgement to make me look amazing. When I was dealing with chemo, she helped me pick hair products that best suited my special needs with my treatment plan. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends. She is wonderful to deal with and I have only good experiences to share.

I sent in a complaint over a week ago and never received a response! I went in with hair down to my butt and asked for it to be cut past my shoulders and showed her an area that was level with my armpit and asked for dark purple hair. I spent $160 and what I received was hair that was chopped off and barely sits on my shoulders and red hair. I was getting my hair done for my 10th wedding anniversary getaway and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement! She actually had to color it twice because the first time I looked like Ariel from the little mermaid. The stylist was pleasant enough but she completely took liberty with my hair and I DID NOT get what I requested or paid for! It is going to take months for my hair to grow back and the color is not what was requested.

Bojana is always welcoming and cuts my hair exactly the way I like. She is such a fun person to chat with. Always a great experience.
Nona is a great hair stylist. She always remembers my name when I come in. Nona is the type of person who makes you feel you've known her all your life. I always leave feeling great about my haircut.

I have had two appointments with Sarah recently and she is absolutely amazing! I feel like she really listened and knew what I wanted without me even saying it !! She's brilliant and amazing at color and what she does!! Would highly recommend sarah. She's the best :)

did not get at all what i asked for.stylist was shown a picture of what i wanted. when I put my glasses on I was shocked nothing like the picture and no way to fix. cried when i got home. will NEVER go there again

I walked in for my hair cut and I was next to have my haircut. Another person walked in after me and didn’t have an appointment. The hairstylist knew the person so brought that person ahead of me. She then tried to say she wasn’t bringing him ahead of me as another stylist would be available shortly. Absolutely horrible service.
