Have been going here for the past year and never had any issues. Today, however, there were some concerns. Firstly the stylist opened the store late which would have been fine however she did comment that she was sorry as she left "her tools" at another First choice and had to pick up. I saw her come to the store at 0900 with a coffee and timbits in her hand; looks bad when you're running late.
The haircut: After coming home, noted several long hairs and strands not cut. I had to ask the stylist to see the back of my head. She never asked if I wanted square or rounded cut; she just cut square. Then when done, I had to ask her to blow-dry my head and body as she finished and there were hairs all over my head, neck and body.
Except for this experience the stylists have been friendly, attentive to detail and gave good cuts for a fair price.
Given the number of hair cutting establishments out there, I likely won't be back.
This was a one time experience however so it's definitely not the norm.

What an absolute disaster of an experience. I should have known better, but I was in a rush to get my son's haircut.
The young woman working lacked confidence, but definitely didn't lack attitude. Cut my son's hair in under 7 minutes....but missed half his head! I'll take him to his regular barber to get it fixed.
Thanks anyway, "Worst Choice"

I went to go get my haircut done at First Choice, Kristen did an incredible job on the cut I wanted, offered to trim my beard and wax my eyebrows
I accepted and she knocked it out of the park, exceptionally friendly, efficient and skillful service
Stylist: Kristen did an amazing job, was very professional and incredibly sweet

It was really satisfying experience for me at first choice hair, staff was very friendly and kind. Melissa attended me and did a good job with styling my curls.

I went to First Choice Haircutters the other day and was very fortunate to have Melissa. My visions not the greatest and I messed up my beard and buzzcut. However, Melissa squared everything up in about 20 minutes. Honestly I thought I had completely messed up but I left the store looking like a million bucks. To top it all off the twenty minutes felt like two because she's such a good chatter! Thank you so much for helping me out, definitely coming back!

Undoubtedly my worst haircutting experience. The hairdresser had 0 interest in cutting my hair or being there. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she barely glanced at it. I knew she’d mess it up and it happened exactly like I expected. I do not want to share her name here but this is the worst ever place to get a haircut. Won’t even be my “Last Choice”.

Rania is SUCH A GOOD HAIRDRESSER!! ?I am super happy with the care and attention she paid to my requests and did exactly what I wanted done to my hair! It is dyed and cut perfectly and I LOVE IT! Melissa was fantastic. She listened to what I was looking for. She shared her thoughts and pointed out troubles we were going to face with my hair as we went along. Communication is key, explaining what you want and your hairdresser listening. Thanks again Melissa, I will return when i need my hair cut again.
