Excellent. Very good and kind attitude of the employees who were associated with the fedex shipping department inside Staples.I shipped my luggage to another city through Fedex ground service and was able to complete the paperwork without any difficulty, paid in cash.Highly recommended.

They took my package, no problem. Because it's in a Staples, the hours are excellent. Way more convenient than the actual FedEx building which is in an industrial area. I would use this location for dropoffs again.
