Still have not dealt with the company but I feel bad leaving a 1 star over the price when it is my fault for not realizing this is completely wireless internet for out of town.It just seemed too expensive to me.I'm sure this is a great company if you live in a rural area.

we are limited to an internet provider where we live, so Falcon came to the rescue. They are easy to contact and give us great service
