What can I say. This is incredible people who patiently fulfill your needs. If they do not have it or can not get it, then you have a rare problem. I can not remember how long that I have been going to Bob and his longtime staff. Many, many years of helping me fix insurmountable problems.
You really have to visit their store to see how many problems or projects can be realized to a successful result.

A great place to find what your looking for :)
Always helpful find just what you need for work or play.
Service has always been great every time I'm there and I always find what I need.
Only down side is some times there is a wait and most of the time only one person on the counter.

Needed a very particular hanger bolt to fix a piece of furniture. Couldn't get it anywhere else but they were able to hook me up at facca. Amazing service and clearly the best selection of fasteners out there. Friendly and knowledgeable staff

I just had a wonderful experience visiting the store to try to solve a problem involving a problem that I couldn’t solve at Home Depot or Canadian tire or anywhere else and it would be considered a small issue for a company this size but the lady at the front desk was wonderfully friendly, wonderfully helpful, and came back with exactly the screws that I needed…And then said I could have them for free even though she took 5 to 10 minutes reseqrching in the back to solve my problem.. this type of customer experience service is rare and I would highly recommend this business based on the amazing attitude of the employee that I encountered at the front desk and I will tell everybody I know the story and I hope the amazing employee is rewarded for having an attitude that is very rare in this day and age.
