Ok, this review is long overdue. Enders Direct was recommended to me by a friend. It was time for me to upgrade my computer and they created a new one for and kept my hard drives for additional space and migrated my old hard drive data(programs, photos, files, etc) and put it on a new larger C drive. It worked out perfectly! My computer has been running smooth for over a year. They were super nice and even replaced a cable I had problems with no questions asked. I highly recommend Enders Direct! Thanks guys!

my work laptop hinge broke on Saturday morning, Brought it right into Eli and his team and they got to work immediately. Recommended an upgrade, which I was more than happy with. They attempted migrated all my data from my old laptop to the new one. Unfortunately, my old laptops Hard drive was In worse shape Then anyone thought. The guys at Enders direct worked super hard to get my data off my ailing laptop, and got me set up with a new one As quickly as possible and delivered the new device at the price they quoted Even with the extra work

I was looking for computers for our small office and I am so glad I found these guys! Highly, highly recommend them for all your computer needs. They took my old computers and transferred all the data to the new ones, and set up a NAS system for me. I just had to plug everything back in, put in a few passwords and my office was back up and running within a couple hours! I am amazed with their kindness and able to work within my budget and took my calls for when I had some questions on the NAS system. I can't thank them enough.

Within a few minutes, Elie offered the best device for our needs, with all the necessary specs and then some. Dropped off 3 laptops for hardware repair (battery and keyboard). I called to check in after 2 weeks and I was told the technicians were working on them. I received a call after 3 weeks informing me that in order to look into the issue they required my login information for all three laptops even though I explicitly stated that it was a hardware issue (battery and keyboard). Nothing had been done or looked into even though they had the laptops for three weeks and I was told the technicians were looking into the issue. Would not suggest bringing anything here.

Should I shop here? Yes! Do they have knowledgeable staff? Yes! I would like to consider myself a regular here for all my gamming PC's. Throughout the years from when I first got into PC gamming back in 2017 and my most recent build in 2023. Elie is an amazing person surrounded by great staff who by no means tries to upsell a thing to you, he only recommends what you'd need rather then what you think you need. That being said he knows people just like to buy the flashy tech sometimes and they're never in your face whether they disagree with you or not. Listen they match any sale on any reputable website for any price. Took the hassle away of having to build yourself and doing so for free with all my build projects. They've solved all my own made mess ups fixing broken ram sockets and somehow making it usable again without the hassle of having to buy a new MOBO. These guys are the best and I can't state that enough. I do not often leave reviews but these guys definitely deserve one. (Not to mention all the freebies they have tossed my way over the years; wifi antennas, power chords, display port cables HDMI's you name it!) I definitely recommend you do any computer related business here. These guys make sure they get the job done right.
