He's very knowledgeable in Audio and very professional and made purchasing the right piece of equipment extremely easy.When I first saw the McIntosh MA12000 integrated amplifier I was speechless! It's gorgeous and it sounds so incredibly musical. The MA12000 is definitely a special component.But my journey wasn't easy. I went to "the other" high-end retailers, and nobody took the time to listen to my needs. One retailer even criticized my initial listening room and tried to sell me components I wasn't interested in.
