I was just there and watched a worker single out a disabled lady and force the security guard to search her. The lady had a cane and had a figured leg. Could barely walk. He made her empty her pockets. Put her arms out and shake them, and they didn't find anything. The security guard did apologized but this was uncalled. This was uncalled for. My wife felt the need to apologize to her.

I am giving this store a zero-star rating because of the horrible experience I had with the security guard. He followed me around the entire time, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and unable to shop in peace. To make matters worse, the strong smell of sweat from his clothing was unbearable. This was a terrible experience, and I will not be returning.

I paid with a 20$ bill at 730pm on a Saturday night and ask if I could get the change back in an amount I could use to get the bus. He gave me back 4 loonies and 25 cents…the bus is 3.50. I kindly asked if I could get one of the loonies in any kind of change and he firmly said no…

I will give zero star to this branch not because of any defect in product or management but due to the security guy they hired. I usually do shopping from dollarama as I have a a lot of options for different products, but the security guy here was disgusting and was continuously following us for no reason. It was very uncomfortable getting followed inside the store for no reason. He was peeping through the aisles and creeping me out. Change the security guy.

I visited Dollerrama today and was assisted by an elderly lady at the counter. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory, there was a significant delay in receiving assistance, despite the store not being busy.The poor service impacted my overall experience at the store, making me feel undervalued as a customer.

If I could give you 0 stars I would I watched your security guard bring out his stuck and threaten children with it. Then I watched him physically put his hands on a child and forcefully shove that child. That is assault. That security guard needs to be fired I. Going to turn the videos over to the police and the local news
