Every experience I’ve had refilling my prescriptions or speaking to anyone there is always terrible. Everyone is always rude and speaks to you like you are being an inconvenience to them. They are not helpful whatsoever. Costumer service is absolutely terrible.

Just horrible, we waited for more than 10 minutes to see a pharmacist while he was just over the counter flirting with an employee. We asked again if he's available at all and he said "you have to wait a few moments, ok?"We left after 20 minutes.

SADLY, since Mr Nasser, the previous pharmacist, si no longer there, the SERVICE, ACCURACY of Dispensing, and Generally, things are in a MAJOR MESS !! Sad, for me as I dont do review, and more so hate to give bad reviews However its very important to me that REGISTERED PHARMACIST KNOW, and do the CORRECT & ALWAYS be correctly.** if you say you care about your "patients", than ACCURACY of providing DRUGS , correctly and on time** is not just MANDATORY, but can be dangerous other wise***>> sadly, often Ont. Health and "govt" is mentioned , implying that THEY ARE forcing things..... Govts @ all levels have NEVER made things harder, if fact, getting min of 3 months of your most often used drugs, is what they have mandated !!>> so pharmacy often dont like that , as it cuts down on their dispensing fees, x3 !!!
