Great products and even better customer service! I've been a client for years and would never go anywhere else.When I inadvertently left a package near the Hearing Aid Center in the London, ONT Wonderland Road Costco, office worker Ali was quick to go out of her way to track it down by checking all of the hundreds of carts stored overnight at the front of the store!I can't say enough good things about these people. They're all super, including audiologist, Jennifer, who is highly skilled and competent, yet very pleasant and personable despite being very busy.Thank you all for your great service!Jimmy StewartGrand Bend, ON

Testing was done far better than other place. Price was 1/2. The others. Getting a Appointment and then waiting for hearing aids to come in was a lot longer than what I thought.

Good service, nice people,My second set of hearing aids, not impressed with the new!The warranty is still in effect, I want to exchange for a different brand, have to wait another month to see someone to reorder new set. Over a hour and half drive one way three times, cannot do it over the phone also will be without hearing aids till new ones come in. Will not rebuy as the distance and trying to make an appointment are not worth it!

Second hearing aids, first purchased for $5500 in a private clinic. My hearing exam at Costco was much more extensive and my fitting was much more detailed and effective than my previous set. Cost $1100 for a superior result!!!The whole experience was actually a lot of fun and I cannot be happier. Don’t go anywhere else!

I like many products at Costco. Most can be relied on. However I bought quiche HDOs and spring rolls and they were terrible. Will not buy again.

Cancelled our membership as one of the top 10 ways to save money is cancelling Costco membership!! Called them 4 times over 1 year to remove us from their mailing list as we have moved homes. They continue to send mail and have now altered my name on the mail! Classless.
