“It is a lovely home away from home. Staff treats everyone like family and is very upbeat and kind. The rooms are modern and fully equipped with all you need to be comfortable. There is laundry and kitchen to cook, but meals are also provided. Entertainment and love. It was the best to be so comfortable while going back and fore to care for my child at the hospital”

“This is a pretty neat goodwill! They’ve got a lot of women’s stuff and changing rooms too— I just feel bad that I looked like a total creep today! A tag fell off one of the shirts I wanted to purchase, so I was trying to put it back on, and I believe it was the manager that kindly let me know I looked so suspicious ?
I tried to find her after I checked out, but couldn’t. If you’re reading this, I am so sorry!! You guys do great work in there, thank you for being so on top of everything ????”

“Great big store with lots of parking. Good selection and fair prices. Friendly staff. The access to the store is within the mall. It has been a life saver for me over the years and I will tell you why; Location, location, location. Located across the street from Medway Arena where we have spent many hours for hockey games, practices and tournaments. Instead of waiting around before games or during practice I have often walked over to the store and spent many hours saving money instead of sitting in the car. I highly recommend. Same goes for Medway Bowls Skate Park and Canada Games Aquatic Centre. Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School too.”

“Had a problem in getting our refund back from a Medic Alert company that promised you could cancel the contract at any time and get the unused amount back.. We paid for a year and after 3 months My 83 year old bother had to go into a retirement home so we requested a refund and couriered the equipment back. After numerous emails and calls, to no avail we contacted the BBB. They promptly contacted the Medic co. Even though they did not get a response from them we did after a few weeks finally get our money, with no apology . Without the BBB,s assistance our only other recourse was small claims court. Thankfully we didn,t go that route. Thank you BBB”
