I cannot express my happiness more in this review than by simply just writing this review to thank the owner and the staff that we're here at this location.
From the beginning they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable over the phone.
Professional in person and got my husband the best tuxedo, tailored to perfection. And all of this was done in haste, for our 7 wedding anniversary.
He was the most handsomest thing I've ever seen walk this Earth . . . And the tux was the added bonus like icing on a cake.
Brides can take groom's breath away but today I'd like to say that my breath was taken away by his extreme dapper attire.
Don't go anywhere else, you'll likely never wear a tux again in your life and get it done professionally. Take your mind off of the stress of trying to find materials that match in department stores, and then have to pay for tailoring elsewhere.
This is a One-Stop shop - and I will come back again when the occasion arrives.

Terrible experience. The groom called and confirmed a price for suits for a wedding at $499. I ended up paying $815. So not even close to what was advertised. Another groomsman paid $865 and another paid $700. All over the map with pricing and extremely expensive for the suits we purchased. Was told I could purchase the belt and jacket and return if not worn. Purchased a belt for $100… insane price again. Tried to return and they said no. (I wore it in the store to try it on so that is why the one hole was larger than the rest). Tried to return the jacket because it was super hot and we wore vest instead. Again, did not allow for a return because there was a small scuff on the end of the sleeve which could have been there when I picked it up because I did not even wear the jacket. Both items cost over $450 and they did not return either one. I would not recommend using this place, false advertising, extremely expensive and very unfair treatment of paying customers. Overall terrible, terrible experience.

If I could give a hundred out of 10 Stars I absolutely would. Had rented a tuxedo from this business for my wedding on August 10th. My wedding was taking place in Brampton ontario, the store in London had told me they have a third party agent in Brampton who they can ship the tuxedo to, I would just have to go in for sizing but this was an extremely convenient option for me. The Tuxedo was supposed to be ready by August 8th 2024 to ensure that I had more than enough time to try on the tuxedo and make any alterations if needed. Unfortunately, to no fault of Collin's clothing. The third party agent in Brampton had completely ghosted my phone calls and did not call me back until the day of my wedding on August 10th 2024. This man was completely unprofessional and nearly ruined my wedding day by refusing to give me my tuxedo and blaming me for not coming to his store to pick up the tuxedo, I tried to explain to the man that he had not called me and I had made multiple attempts to get in touch with him but he had completely ghosted me. I gave Collins a phone call in London Ontario where I had originally rented the tuxedo from, I explained the situation and told them I am absolutely devastated by what is happening on my wedding day. The store associate over the phone named alex, literally saved my wedding day. She drove all the way from London Ontario to Brampton Ontario and back which is around a four to five hour drive. I'm so incredibly thankful for Collins clothing in london, the manager adriana, the store associate alex, as well as the owner. I am so incredibly thankful that this family owned business went above and beyond to save my wedding day. From the bottom of my heart thank you all so much. I cannot recommend these folks more

After spending over an hour there due to the first salesman ordering wrong size, Xiomara was able to quickly fix the problem and accommodate us right away. Fiancé had to get groomsmen clothing from this place. Not only did they take over 3 months to order everything, they ordered everyone's pants in the wrong size and required them to get hemmed. The clothes were ready 1 week before the wedding leaving essentially no time to fix the mistakes. Do not recommend this place at all

Had a great experience here getting my suit for my wedding. I can't recall the name of the woman and young man who helped me but they were both great. Thanks a lot Collins Clothiers for helping me pick out the perfect suit for my wedding day. I was nervous going in because I usually never wear suits, but they made the process smooth. Thanks ever so much for the amazing service for our graduating grade 8 kids. Your staff was unbelievable, attentive and kind. Thanks ever so much for creating a memorable experience for everyone involved. Truly an amazing place and experience. Recommend them to everyone.

If there was an option for 10 stars Collins has earned it. Today I purchased my first suit in over seven years here at Collins. The staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend Collins to anyone who is looking for a great customer experience.
