“First time using this company and had two shirts made. They were able to trim around the one photo (that would have been a giant white background otherwise) and suggest the best colour shirt to have it on. Both turned out really good (brought images on a flashdrive), and the price less than we thought (basically like buying concert shirts, which while expensive is what this sort of thing costs unless you start ordering in bulk for a business).”

“The problem with a lot of readily-available leather gloves these days are the lack of colours to choose from, and the use of cheaper hides and threads. At the end of the day, you're stuck with a lackluster glove that's stiff on the hand, and is liable to fall apart after a few wears. I used to buy my gloves either vintage or from Etsy, but that's since changed. I was recently chatting with an acquaintance of mine, who mentioned a place called "Boutique Firenze," which as he put it, "sold all kinds of nice gloves from Italy." I'll admit I was a bit surprised at the fact there was such a place in London, then disappointed I hadn't discovered it sooner, then a bit skeptical as it seemed a bit too good to be true. Some digging online piqued my curiosity and I knew I'd have to check this place out. First off, they have a wide selection of both men's and women's gloves and scarves, plus some assorted artisan goods and gifts. I spotted a mix of vintage gloves, driving gloves, unlined gloves, silk-lined gloves, wool-lined gloves and cashmere-lined gloves, and a variety of designs and closure types. First good sign. If you can name it, they probably have it. Second good sign. The glove leather is some of the softest leather I've ever felt and has a really nice "hand." It's very soft, supple and slightly stretchy, which is exactly what you want in a glove leather. These gloves scream quality, and are made the traditional way as they should be. Third good sign. They really knew their products and were happy to answer my questions and let me try on a few different pairs of gloves. Fourth good sign. The prices were really fair too, and I've seen comparable gloves go for about double or triple online. Fifth good sign. Anyways, I ended up picking up a nice pair of midnight blue winter gloves which should go well with most of my coats. If you've made it this far, good job I guess, but seriously, just stop reading this and give them your money for probably the nicest pair of gloves you'll ever own. I could keep going, but I guess one wall of text is enough.”

“The staff were so friendly and there were lots to look at in various price points. There were lots of mirrors available in the change rooms. I only shopped the women’s department, but they seemed to have a nice selection for men and children. It is definitely worth the drive out towards Lambeth. He took the time to talk to us, gave us some great tips on foods to try and made our shopping experience so wonderful! When I tried to compliment him, he said that the whole team is great. And he’s right! We used to chat with a lady named Farrah, but she left to go to culinary school. She was incredible too and gave such excellent customer service, just like Melvin did. It is because of employees like these that customers keep returning. I hope Melvin stays with this location for a long time!”

“Really Really bad service and management.After spending 30-40 mins in store finally ended up selecting shirt for myself. Have a red clearance tag on it saying $82.99. Clearance was having 50% off so it should be $41.49. But at the cash counter it’s showed up $75. I asked what’s wrong it’s shouldn’t be that much. She said well we have new staff and both our managers are not well so they aren’t working. Well all that matters is store’s personal, none of my business. If you agreeing to the wrong tag than better be give it for the same price to the customer. Why customers pay for employees mistakes and store’s personal problems. She offers me 30% off which turned to 56$ still didn’t make any sense to me paying extras 14.50$ for store’s mistake. I also wanted to use my 15$ coupon which i got it with my last purchase because i am regular customer. She said its a last day for coupon so i ended up giving that coupon back to the lady on the cash. Don’t leave untrained people alone or if you’re going to do that than better be prepared to pay for your mistakes.”
