I had a terrible experience at the Circle K on Dundas St & Speight Blvd on September 8. The employee, who was just sitting and wearing earphones at maximum volume, just sat there and ignored my repeated knocks. When he finally opened the door, he was aggressive and screamed at me. I left my money on the counter to avoid further conflict, and he threw coins at me, hitting me in the back of the head. I have photos and videos of the incident.Such behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed!

Honestly it takes a lot for me to review but the girl with glasses who consistently IDs me every time I'm in there needs to wash her hands before she touches anybody's stuff. Absolutely disgusting. Wash your damn hands.

I bought Ben & Jerry’s ice cream that was really freezer burnt and they wouldn’t refund me. Before I bought it they had to get it from the back because the freezer it’s usually in broke - so they know their product has gone bad and they’re still selling it to customers. Really poor customer service

The best place and nicest ppl. When my best friend and I had to stay next door at the American plaza (horrible,horrible place) . We ended up coming here for all our food and hygiene stuff. Even when we had little money or were short these people helped us out whenever we needed it. I always felt bad I didn't go back and thank them for all their help, but my friend who was staying with me died suddenly April 6 20,and I just haven't been back to that area. But these are the best people, the store is awesome with a wide variety of products.

Terrible service , sprite was actually club soda! This is an outrage and I will not be returning. I tried to ask for help and they said there was nothing they could do and this is terrible customer service! Do not recommend.

Disappointing when compared to other circle k locations, low quality, high prices.Over priced. The prices on their energy drinks and even just simple juice/milk products is crazy high unless there is a brand-wide sale. I would much rather shop at the Walmart just a little further away from my house than stop here for anything simple I need.Also, I have been stopping here occasionally for coffee in the morning but the coffee station is rarely ready for customers which is very disappointing. Why shouldn’t the coffee be ready at 6am? Seems like that would be the prime time if you ask me. I am starting to think they purposely don’t get the coffee ready in the morning because they don’t make much money off it, probably the same reason why they no longer stock large cups. oh and that reminds me, the price on the coffee has gone up too! If you’re going to increase the price at least give me a large cup!Overall this is a very disappointing circle k location.

The woman I’ve seen working a lot of nights extremely friendly and helpful :) clean store and huge selection!
(and after doing simple research, I found it’s legal for a convenience store to refuse $100 if they feel it may be counterfeit. Maybe keep this in mind next time someone wants to start a pointless argument)
