*Unreliable at night*I often have good experiences here, but twice I've shown up, and the "back in 30 minutes" sign is up. This time I didn't wait, as I was on a cab meter, but last time, it was over 40 mins. I understand a break during shifts, but I also worked these jobs for many years, and you don't need a break during a dead night shift. Lock the door, take a pause from work, but open it when customers come around? That's what I did. Because you lose business and customers this way. The break issue is management, not staff. So perhaps do 2 paid 15's instead of unpaid 30 or something else like a dedicated lunch time so its not random through the night. But all in all, this place isn't reliable for business if it can be closed at any given time at night.

They have an ATM that regularly malfunctions but refuse to call any maintenance of any kind, leading to their ATM eating my money and me having to go through a 2 week investigation process. They say it's not their machine so it's not their problem. Been nothing but a loyal and respectful customer for 8 years but I'll happily walk to the futher one now.

Omg, the young lady at the counter helped an elderly gentleman out with his purchases and put them in his cart for him. That was the most beautiful thing I’ve seen in a while. Faith in humanity restored. Give that young lady a raise. ??
