Won't go anywhere else. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars, and after seeing the great reviews I brought in my old car to get everything checked out. Derek and Chris extremely helpful and kind, letting me know what work needed to be done. He didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge about vehicles and his prices were EXTREMELY fair. He also helped me very quickly and the job was done effectively. Will be giving my business here from now on, I highly recommend you do as well. Thank you Chris Cassar team!!

A large number of reviews for this business mentioned trustworthiness and honesty and that convinced me to give Chris Cassar Auto Repair a try. My vehicle's AC wasn't working, the whole thing had to be replaced. Chris' price was fair, he charged me once for one thing when he could have charged twice and he also fixed a few minor things for no charge. As a woman entering a male dominated space, you're often talked down to or they try to take you for a ride, that wasn't the case here. Chris equally talked to both my dad and I and clearly explained everything he'd done, before and after. I really appreciated that. And I'm so happy to have working AC again! I'll definitely be going here again for my auto needs.

Can’t say enough great things about my experience with Chris. He got me in for a pretty large repair on the same day , ensured he ordered quality parts and overall came out to be significantly lower price than what I was quoted at the dealership. I will not have to look for another mechanic in London again, what a fantastic shop.

I recently went there supposedly to replace starter because my previous mechanic told me that I have starter problem after replacing my battery!
I brought it in to this place and they were friendly, good communication, professional and honest.
They told me that whoever install my battery could be giving me a used battery or a bad one but it is not the starter, so I let them replace my battery and after that I haven't had any starting issues and because of them I didn't have to replace things that are not ready to be replace.
Thank you guys! I will be coming and referring more people to your shop!!

High recommend!
I took my truck to the same place 4x for the same issue and they said it was fixed, but was no good every time I picked up my truck.
I took my truck to Chris and he diagnosed and repaired it within hours.
He called me with all the details, even shared before pictures and showed me the worn out parts. I would recommend Chris to everyone and he will be the place I take my truck to from now on!

3 repairs needed, about $2500 ... 2 of the repairs did not solve the issue. Had to go another place to get all fixed.

Chris, is fast, knowledgeable and gets the job done correctly the first time with fair prices!Before, I have taken my car to a shop in London, 2022 of December for issues I was having, and they just scammed me for money replacing parts that didn’t need to be replaced, afterwards, I found Chris Cassar’s auto shop thankfully, because he diagnosed the issue effectively, fixed it at the root of the problem, and all in a timely efficient manner. Now, my car always comes out running like new again.I cannot thank him enough for all the hard work he does and the care he takes when working on my vehicle. Best mechanic in town, and I will never go anywhere else.
