“I came in to buy a cheap outfit because my 19 month old didn’t have another change of clothes. Grabbed something from the clearance items, and took it to the register. It was then that my hero of the day stepped in, Estelle. She let me know that I could get an item free if it was on clearance as well, she even showed me a section I hadn’t previously seen. Bless het soul, I found a Hogwarts sweater for my little boy! Most genuinely friendly person Ive interacted with in a long time. Please, I hope Estelle reads this. It may seem like a small act but she made my week.”

Lindsey (manager) made our shopping experience exceptional! We had a price mix-up while shopping for clothes, and she handled it so smoothly, honoring the discount in our favor without any hassle. Her super friendly and accommodating attitude really stood out. She was also incredibly respectful to her staff, which we appreciated. Lindsey’s professionalism and kindness made us feel welcome, and she’s a huge asset to the store. We’ll definitely be back because of how great it was interacting with her!”
“Easy process. Got some money. Friendly staff. Not sure why people complain so much. At the end of the day you are selling stuff you no longer need anyway and no one necessarily wants to buy it for what you feel is worthy. For example I sold a few hundreds dollars worth of mint condition stuff I would have donated otherwise for 45$.”
“I was coming on here to leave a review about a situation that I saw a couple days ago where i wanted to commend the employees about how they handled the situation. I was there that morning and the employees were very kind and respectful. None of them were racist and were trying to rectify the situation. The lady that blew up was completely irrational and doesn’t know what she heard or thinks she heard and was so insanely disrespectful! She should have also thought twice about having all her friends comment when we were the only 3 people in the store. But oh well what can u do when people are always claiming the victim just to cause a problem!”
